Emergency treatment for failure of gondola

 During construction, if the  gondola encounters the following situations, it should remain calm and take corresponding emergency measures.
1. Sudden power failure during construction.
When there is a sudden power failure during construction, the power switch of the electric box should be cut off to avoid accidents during power transmission. The power switch should be closed after receiving the notification of the incoming call, and work will start after the inspection is normal. If you need to return to the ground after a power outage, you should simultaneously raise the manual glide handles of the elevator motors at both ends to allow the construction basket to slide freely to the ground.
2. It cannot be stopped after releasing the button during the lifting and lowering of the gondola.
In the process of raising and lowering, if you cannot stop after releasing the button, you should press the red emergency stop switch on the door of the electric box to make it stop urgently. Then cut off the power switch of the electric box, check the contact status of the contactor, clean the surface of the contactor to adhere to the dirt and impurities. After pressing the contactor to resume normal operation, close the power switch, turn the tight stop switch to return to the original position and continue working .
3. The gondola automatically locks the rope due to horizontal tilt.
The safety lock automatically locks the rope during lifting or lowering or when the glide surface at one end is horizontally inclined to the corresponding range. At this time, the safety switch should be stopped, and then turn the transfer switch on the electric box to the lower end of the platform, and then press the up button to lower the gondola on the ground, check and adjust the electromagnetic brakes in both ends of the hoist. Clearance to meet the requirements; or check the difference in motor speed between the two ends, if there is a difference, replace the motor.
4. When the working wire rope breaks.
When the working wire rope at one end of the gondola breaks, the safety lock automatically closes when it tilts to the corresponding position and locks it on the safety wire rope. At this time, the construction personnel in the gondola should keep calm, strictly prohibit running and jumping inside, and deal with the emergency measures when the working wire rope is jammed in the hoist.
